Applications
- Free grinding and polishing: For glass, crystal, jade and other products.
- Resin abrasive: As replacement of 20%-40% BFA for cutting discs.
- Coated abrasive: For sandpaper and sponge.
- Sandblasting: MISRGRIT is used for blast cleaning for preparation
before painting (sandblasting), industrial parts cleaning, concrete,
aluminum, automotive glass, textiles, corrugated boxboard, plastics, laminates, aerospace composites, etc. - Water jet cutting: MISRGRIT is the most commonly used for abrasive material until now. Users find that MISRGRIT to be the best for it in
terms of coast, cut speed, mixing tube life and health hazards. - Water filtration: MISRGRIT is naturally hard and high density filter material used in multi-media water filtration systems. MISRGRIT is recommended as a support bed for other material such as sand.
- Used for stone washing: of denim fabrics, providing only fading of dye but not damaging the stitching. Used in industrial flooring providing better grip.
